How To Get Rid of a Wart

I have been recently infected by my partner and was wondering if anyone has used it, and if it worked? any adverse side affects?
please answer i need advice on this product before i buy.

My son has 4 small warts on his back. Two of them seem to be trying to fuse together. Are over the counter wart removers safe for small children? Or can you suggest something natural I might do to help get rid of them?
