How To Get Rid of a Wart

I have two plantar warts on my feet which come back repeatedly whenever i get them cut off. Does the duct tape method work? Should I use Salicylic acid? How long will it take if the warts are small? Can they spread by contact?

its flesh colored, hard, round, and doesnt hurt or itch. I have no other symtoms the last time i had sex was about 6 months ago
